Seven years. Two sessions a day. Twelve professional fights, nine wins. Balkan MMA champion. He trained alongside fighters who went on to the UFC.
Mid-career, he started coaching. He discovered something unexpected: watching a client click meant more than winning his own fight. By 2022 he was running one of Montenegro's biggest gyms and knew this was the work.
In 2024 he moved to Canada. A bad injury followed. Two herniated discs, three months barely walking. Physios, kinesiologists, anatomy he should have studied at twenty. The hardest year rebuilt how he thinks about training.
